KC is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. This past summer she was an investor at Alpha Edison, a venture capital firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to HBS, KC was an associate at Leonard Green & Partners, a private equity firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to Leonard Green & Partners, she was an analyst at Goldman Sachs in the natural resources investment banking group and middle-market leverage finance group. KC graduated with a B.A. in economics and geology from Amherst College where she was captain of the women’s varsity volleyball team.

Cristina is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. This past summer, she was the director of strategy and operations for an NEA-backed AI tech startup in New York. She was previously an associate at Sycamore Partners, a consumer retail focused private equity firm in New York. Prior to Sycamore, she was an analyst at Morgan Stanley in their M&A group within the investment banking division. Cristina graduated from Northwestern University in 2013 and was the founder Northwestern’s finance trek program.

Konstantin is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. He received his degrees in Petroleum Geoscience from Moscow State University (B.Sc., 2008; M.Sc., 2010) and Imperial College London (M.Sc., 2011). Before coming to HBS, Konstantin worked as an oil & gas geoscientist for 6 years for BP in London. He has experience in a variety of international exploration, production, and drilling oriented programs, with most recent emphasis on Unconventional projects worldwide. Konstantin has a passion for the energy and private equity industries and is interested in working at the interface of both industries.

Brooke is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. This past summer, she founded Confindent, a FinTech startup focused on financial literacy and education. She was previously the Director of Product, Analytics and Machine Learning at Medable, a digital health startup. Prior to Medable, she was a senior consultant at Oliver Wyman, a management consulting firm with specialized expertise in strategy, operations, risk management, and organizational transformation. Brooke graduated from Harvard University in 2014, with a concentration in Computer Science.

Phil Caruso is a fourth-year JD/MBA student at Harvard. Over the last two summers, he worked in the New York office of Onex Partners. He previously worked in mergers and acquisitions for one summer in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, and served on active duty in the U.S. military for seven years. Phil graduated from Cornell University in 2008 with a B.S. in Materials Science & Engineering.

Mo is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. This past summer, he completed an internship as a Vice President at HGGC, a middle-market private equity firm in Palo Alto, California, and will be re-joining the firm post-graduation. Prior to business school, Mo spent 3 years in the direct private equity group of Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and 2 years in investment banking at CIBC World Markets, both in Toronto, Canada. Mo graduated from Queen’s University (Kingston, Canada) in 2012 with a Bachelor of Commerce. While at Queen’s, Mo was a portfolio manager for the investment club, led a group of 25 students on a volunteer initiative to Peru, and was heavily involved in student government.

Rohit is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. This past summer, he worked at Pacific Lake Partners, a private equity firm dedicated to helping search fund entrepreneurs acquire and operate businesses. He previously held roles as Chief of Staff to the Chief Investment Officer and as a Technology Private Equity Associate at TPG Capital. Prior to TPG, Rohit worked in technology investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Rohit graduated from Columbia University in 2012 with a double major in Economics and South Asian Studies.

James is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. This past summer, he worked at RSE Ventures, Stephen Ross’s investment vehicle focused on the sports, entertainment and restaurant sectors. Prior to business school, he worked at TPG Capital’s TMT investing group in San Francisco, as well as Blackstone’s TMT advisory group in Menlo Park. James graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in 2013, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics - Concentration in Finance.

Paul is a second-year MBA student at Harvard Business School. He has spent the past two summers with Index Ventures. Prior to this, Paul spent four years at Dropbox, serving as VP Corporate Finance & Strategy. He started his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley and a private equity associate at Leonard Green and Partners.

Andrea is a second-year student at HBS. Prior to HBS, Andrea was a private equity associate at Warburg Pincus in New York. She previously worked for Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division, also in New York. Andrea holds degrees in Economics and Neuroscience from Duke University, where she was elected Phi Beta Kappa. Andrea is Swiss, speaks 5 languages, and is an avid wave surfer.

Matthew is a second-year student at HBS. Prior to HBS, Matthew ran sales strategy at GenZe, a clean tech start-up in Silicon Valley. He previously worked as a management consultant for The Mahindra Group in Mumbai, India. Matthew graduated from Harvard College with a B.A. in History & Literature.
